1. Services

We Are Soma provides unforgettable live entertainment across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset. Our services include professional DJs, skilled saxophonists, dynamic percussionists, talented dancers, and vocalists — all available in tailored event packages for weddings, private functions, corporate events, and brand activations.

Specific bookings, availability and pricing are confirmed via separate agreements by email or written contract.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the event unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel, this must be done in writing. Refunds (excluding the deposit) may be offered at our discretion, depending on how much notice is given and whether we’re able to rebook the date.

If We Are Soma is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to provide a suitable replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Event Conditions

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe and appropriate space for performers, including access to power, shelter (if outdoors), and staging where needed

  • Securing any relevant permissions or licences for live music and entertainment

  • Informing us of any venue restrictions, including sound limits, curfews, or logistical access

We reserve the right to pause or stop a performance if conditions are unsafe for our team or equipment.

5. Liability

We Are Soma holds full public liability insurance. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Damage or injury caused by third parties or venue conditions

  • Event disruption or cancellation outside our control (including severe weather, illness, or venue failure)

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, video, and content shown on this website is the property of We Are Soma or used with permission. You may not copy, share or reproduce any material without written consent.

7. Website Use

By using wearesoma.co.uk, you agree not to:

  • Disrupt or interfere with the site’s functionality or security

  • Use the site for unlawful or unauthorised activity
